Clay Barnett and I met on the site this morning to discuss the ongoing issue of mud in the street.  In order to remedy the situation the following things need to happen immediately:


 1.  ForceCon needs to replace the silt fence that was removed during the installation of the gas line.
 2.  Silt fence needs to be placed at the edge of the existing pavement from Marsh Lane to the Lemmons property.  ForceCon can place the fence that they removed along the edge of the
pavement instead of at the property line.
 3.  Construction entrances need to be installed at Ponte Avenue and Park Road.  I believe I was told that ForceCon took out the entrance at Ponte (North Texas and ForceCon can work
it out).  Ever since the duct bank was installed at Park Road, it's been an ongoing issue.  Larger rock that will last and serve as a true construction entrance needs to be installed.

The City Manager is now involved, so Clay and I would greatly appreciate your cooperation in making this a priority especially with heavy rains coming again tomorrow.  If you have any
