Clay, I’m not sure if we’ve met, I am the construction manager for Time Warner Cable for North Texas. I’ve been brought in the loop on some decisions made by us about joining in on the duct bank project that is under construction. I think no one here was interested in joining because we didn’t have any plant near there, but since the new apartment projects have started, and we received the contract on part of them, my thought is we need to be in the duct bank. I have some questions. Is it too late? I haven’t been to the site, and don’t know the extent of the construction on the duct project. I’ve heard some different numbers on what it will cost for us to be involved in this. Can you clear that up for me? If we pay to be involved in the project is there an annual fee or anything like that? Please let me know. Thanks in advance.
