The utility equipment in the area of Park Road and Vitruvian Way is very tight (as are all of the other utility equipment areas) and probably needs the attached Detailed Exhibits. There
are required landscaping (trees) to be planted in this area and the utility equipment must be located as close to intended as possible. Please make sure that this utility equipment area
is constructed per the detailed plan.
