Question	 Andrew, How are the electric equipment concrete pad oreientations being decided. It appears that the pad near station 0+00 on Line E-C is not oriented per the drawings. The
equipment pad orientations are critical as space in the deveopment is very tight. Please let me know what is being done and if any additional information is needed to insure the electric
equipment pads are oriented as intended.
