Subject	Existing 8" water line conflict with 6x5' RCB

Question	 The existing 8" water line that we are to remove at a later date is in conflict with the 6x5' RCB currently being installed up to station 5+15.93 on line SD-A1 as shown on
sheet 33.  	
Proposed Solution	 NTC proposes to slightly raise this existing water line using 4 - 11-1/4 bends (with Thrust blocking) to allow the 6x5' RCB to be installed on grade. Please note that
there is already a pay item for "lowering the existing 8" main" (item 154). Please advise.
