Question	 In order for NTC to energize the new water line W-A and finish the fill for the subgrade near Ponte, we will need to raise the existing valve stacks as we fill to not cover.
This is also crucial to ensure we have the proper centerloading on the pipe to handle the pressure test. This has also become more urgent since the new Andres building is now pushing
for the 6" tie in for fire protection. 	
Proposed Solution	 NTC proposed to add valve riser extentions to the stems and boxes in order to maintain the needed functionality of the valves during the tie ins and different shutdowns.
Please advise as this will be an increase in cost.

Memo	 Andrew, we do not follow what you are saying. What specific water valves are you speaking of. The proposed valves are paid to be installed and then paid to be adjusted for final
pavement grade. The existing water line and valves will be removed once the new line is in service. The Andres building water taps (fire and domestic) are existing but need to be connected.
The water vault location issue is holding up the domestic but the fire connection should be able to be completed. We do not see a need for additional costs.
