Question	 In regards to our proposed UGE 3-way manhole at station 23+96.20 (per the drawing revised on 6/1/09), there are still some concerns and possible conflicts with the proposed
bridge design and future constructibility. Even though this manhole is shown to be installed in a later phase, UDR and Andres are trying to explore ways to install this manhole necessary
to power the building and not delay the progression of the development. Please find the attached drawings in reference to a possible temporary support and advise.

 
Proposed Solution	 NTC proposes to install the necessary support system for the manhole in question to install the manhole during ongoing phase 2 of construction.
