Randy Jordan (cell 817296-8828) and Jerry Zascoda (cell 817-475-7430) are the erection and general superintendents and will be available at 11AM this Monday Morning to work out traffic
flow. I have no idea of where the van came from and the excavators knew the weren’t “supposed” to use the gate for the big trucks. We will talk to then this morning. I will be on site

I might have misled you in our previous conversations and emails. I think I mistakenly understood that the gate that was being utilized would be for the limited crew that you have working
on site. All day I’ve been watching a series of dump trucks enter that gate (using the gate code that I provided you) and then proceeding to the site unescorted. I’m just assuming
that’s a subcontractor. I would really only like the foreman or superintendent on site and his immediate employees to have that code. Any subs that need to come on site need to be
escorted.
Just yesterday we had a silver Honda minivan drive down taxiway Alpha, up the Runway and out a gate. We have no idea who this person was or where they came from but we cannot overlook
any possible potential safety hazards at this time.
I would like to set up a meeting with the lead person on site (I apologize I don’t know his name) to discuss driving on the airport and the ingress and egress. I would prefer to do
it at the site. I would like to meet with the on site person sometime on Monday and I am available anytime on that day with the exception of 8:30am – 10:30am. Thank you for your continued

We’ve had some concerns about the vehicles and equipment utilizing Landmark’s gate. From now on can you please use the gate off Jimmy Doolittle? For any large equipment that you need
to bring in or out we can provide you an escort through a larger gate during normal business hours. Let me know if you need the gate code. All we ask for using that gate is that you
advise your drivers to give way to aircraft, do not cross onto Taxiway Alpha and to be aware of your speed (Addison does have a speed limit of 15 mph).
