Ben, I received your voice mail on Monday. We visited the site on Tuesday morning and it appears that there is still a significant amount of ponding in the area around the inlet. This will need to be addressed prior to issuance of a final CO. If you have any questions, please let me know. Thanks, Clay Barnett, P.E. O. for your facility: 1. Was the drain pipe installed according to plans? 2. Was the drainage system approved as drawn? 3. Will the system accomplish its goal? I spoke with Clay Barnett, Town Engineer, for Addison today. He would like to perform a test to see if the system works. He will call Tyson, either me or Ben, to let us know when the test will be performed. I spoke to Michael Witt, the plumber who installed the system about being present for the test. He agreed. I spoke to Steve Homeyer, the engineer who designed the system about being present for the test. He agreed also. We will let everyone know when the test will be scheduled. I am copying everyone involved in this project so I would like to say that this system was not on the original plans. You agreed to pay the cost to install it. That was in January. Here it is March and still no resolution. I hope that everyone puts ( and keeps) this on their front burners as you are essentially dead in the water until you receive the Certificate of Occupancy. Thanks, Dan Covington
