The attached spreadsheet has been edited to indicate in the last column, amounts we believe are necessry portions for the trail construction.   We have shown deducts for change order
amounts that were negotiated with the contractor.  For lighting, a uniform (hopefully acceptable) amount of $4000 per fixture was used.  There are many miscellaneous items associated
with the lighting but the amounts were attached to the items for the poles.
