I was not part of any discussions on removal of silt from the bottom of the creek with the Corps.  The only two interactions I had with the Corps regarding the project were one trip
to Fort Worth with you and one visit at the project site with you, Stan and the other two Corps staff people.   Stan was pretty sick that day and after that, you told me he had cancer.
 I did not have any other involvement in the permit and did not see the resulting permit until March of this year when someone finally produced it for NDM to see.   My goal from accompanying
you on the two visits with the Corps was to facilitate the permit to construct the upper end while getting credit for  removing the concrete lining that was out there.     If you think
carefully, you might remember I was not aware until a month or two ago that we were removing any material from the bottom of the creek downstream of Ponte.   So, please do not attribute
responsibility for things that I supposedly caused that I was not a part of or even aware of.
