Thanks again for your constructive participation in the initial meeting on 7/1 at Brookhaven College that confirmed there is interest from the College and each agency to further pursue
a trail connectivity project.  
 
The next step will be to involve NCTCOG in the process of developing the scope of this project.  In particular, to learn more specifically what could be eligible for Sustainable Development
funding.  Karla Weaver, who manages the NCTCOG Sustainable Development (SD) program has indicated availability during the week of August 16th to meet with cities specifically about their
projects that have been awarded SD funding.  
 
Please reply soon with your availability to meet during the following times:
 
1) Monday, 8/16 at 2:00
 
2) Tuesday, 8/17 at 3:00
 
3) Thursday, 8/19 at 2:30
 
4) Friday, 8/20 at 10:00
 
If possible, it would be ideal to have this meeting at Brookhaven College.  Once we have a confirmed meeting time we can confirm whether a meeting room at the College will be available.
 
In addition to discussing specifics of Sustainable Development funding and project scope we could also begin to discuss the bilateral agreements needed to facilitate the project.
