All:

 

I am aware of the following issues that need to be re-addressed with the CoE through KBA:

 

1.       The addition of a temp low water crossing at Ponte for AB&R.

2.       The requirement to build the creek walls prior to removing the creek channel bottom.

3.       The requirement to remove the existing sediment at the existing weir via vacuum instead of by excavator.

4.       NTC dewatering plan.

5.       Any additional work we may want to do to address the erosion on the FB side of the existing weir.

6.       Alternate seed proposed along the creek bank south of Ponte.

 

Obviously we will need to expand upon each one of these issues to present to CoE. Please let me know if there are other issues you feel should be brought up.
