Thanks for meeting with us today to discuss the Addison Trail.  Please see attached for a copy of the Court Order that contains the commitment to fund Addison Trail.  The Addison Trail,
Phases 3&4 project can be found on the second spreadsheet page in the third grouping of projects.  Our legal department has indicated this is adequate to proceed with the park construction
award as long as the PSA follows very soon after.  What is the deadline for getting the PSA on the agenda for the 2/23 Addison Council meeting?
 
Please keep us posted on the time and location for the bridge charrette meeting with Halff.  We would like to send one of our design engineers to attend.
