Per our discussion at last weeks’ weekly park meeting, I called Victor Lissiak to verify the response that was written to an email from Rick Burgett with Rebcon on November 17th.  Victor
confirmed that the pier steel is  not to be epoxy coated.  Victor referenced Note 2 under concrete reinforcement on Sheet SP 100 that states that all reinforcing steel in the lake edge
wall, weirs, pedestrian bridge and grotto are to be epoxy coated.
