Tom I attched specs on frestanding tables and chairs that were included in the Vitruvian Park oringinal bid for the wildlife observation deck, but they were pulled out to reduce costs.
 At that time the Vitruvian Park team decided to have the parks department purchase them separatly, but purchase cheaper tables and chairs to match those used in the Addison Circle District
parks.

Please see pages 1&2 that were in the original bid for $34,500.  Pages 3&4 show the tables we currently use totaling $13,620.  There are two things I need to know:  Where will the funding
come from to purchase them?  Do we want to re-visit with UDR to make sure they are comfortable with the design and quality of the tables and chairs shown on pages 3&4?  I need to order
them as soon as we can confirm in case there is some lead time involved.
