Hi Nancy,

 

Here are the projects and amounts being considered for Addison in the 5th Call, which are not official commitments until approved by Commissioners Court:

 

Addison Trail (Phases 3&4, aka "Vitruvian Trail"):  $2.1M (potentially $0.5M in early FY2010 and $1.6M in FY2011)

 

Addison Trail (Phase 2, aka "Greenhill Trail"): $0.28M (potentially entire amount in FY2011)

 

Both of these projects include our In House Project Delivery (IHPD) charges to provide project delivery services.  

 

If one or both of these projects are selected for NCTCOG Sustainable Development (SD) funding then the corresponding County MCIP funding commitments would be reduced to 10% of the respective
total project costs such that Dallas County and the Town of Addison would be contributing equally for the 20% local match to NCTCOG SD funding.

 

Please let us know if you have any questions.

 

Could you please send us a copy of the SD applications for both of these projects?

I talked with Nancy on Friday and she is wondering which projects and amounts are being considered for Addison in the 5th call ( which includes the RB dollars for the trails).. can you
email her the summary discussed .. Nancy , as mentioned this is not confirmed until we make it to court which is scheduled the end of Nov.
