Before we get final approval from legal please provide or verify the following information to include in the PSA:

 

Project Title: Addison Trail Phases 3 and 4 (Vitruvian Trail)

Project Limits:  Spring Valley Road on the north, the Town limit on the east, Brookhaven Community College on the south and along Brookhaven Club Drive (Vitruvian Way) on the west

 

Total Estimated Project Costs:  $6,730,000 (tabulated from figures listed in letter to Commissioner Dickey dated 8/14/2009)

 

Town and/or others Participation:  $4,630,000 (Total Cost less $2.1M County MCIP commitment)
