Please confirm the $2.1M estimate is still valid and also confirm a few more details to help us incorporate Spring Valley Rd into the PSA.  Will Spring Valley Road be a complete reconstruction/wideni
ng to four lanes divided from Marsh Lane to Vitruvian Way?  Will this include realigning the intersection of Spring Valley Rd at Vitruvian Way?  An important aspect will be linking Phases
2 and 3 of Addison Trail.  Please share any other relevant scope details and schedule for Spring Valley Rd.

Would you please update me regarding the schedule for the Project Specific Agreement for Vitruvian Park?   

 

Our City Council approved the draft PSA pending the approval of the City Attorney and the City Manager so we are almost ready to go there.  Is it possible for us to give the contractor
a notice to proceed or does it need to wait for the approval by the County of the PSA?
