I talked with Joey of American and he told me that topsoil for the project is in Weir’s contract.  I called him about the source of the material for the topsoil report that Kleinfelder
gave me at today’s meeting.  Can you let me know for what purpose the topsoil in the report is intended and who is responsible for it?  Where is it to be used and what is the source?
