Clay approved this today. Needs to be put into CO 3 for Phase IC. Rename the task item shown on this CO from 28A to CO3-1 then take Item 28 to from $25,000 to $0.

Weir Bros agreed to reduce the tree removal cost another $ 15 per tree so NTC matched their discount bringing the onsite grinding volume discount to a total of $ 130 per tree which reduced
the overall cost $ 11,050.  Please see the attached and let me know if reasonable.  We would request that this be added to the CO # 2 or 3 so Weir can get paid these items in the June
estimate since a good portion of the work has already been performed.  Thanks again.
