Subject: Vit Park - Phase 1C - Reach 1 Seeding

 

Jennifer/Jamie,

 

Per our discussions over the last 3 + weeks, the following items needed to be taken care of prior to seeding in Reach 1:

 

1.       Remove rocks brought up to the surface by American’s irrigation operations.

2.       Remove all trash and debris.

3.       Make sure all fine grading was complete and all weeds, trees called to be demo’ed and invasive species were removed.

 

I walked the site again today and saw the following:

 

1.       The rocks were not removed prior to the seeding.

2.       The seeding was done over the top of trash and debris (including old silt fence).

3.       The fine grading was not complete and the area was not de-weeded.

 

We have spoken about all this items several times, both in our progress meetings and on site. All those discussions seem to have fallen on deaf ears. That being said, the seeding operations
as they stand right now are not acceptable.

 

Please correct the items above and let me know when you would like us to walk it again.
