As-Built Surveys $ 7,500.
LOMR $ 32,000.
Landscape $ 25,000.
Structural $ 7,500.

Total Estimated Fees $ 109,500.
These estimated fees cover work involved with the completion of the Park, the extension of Vitruvian Way to Spring Valley Road, and the extension of Ponte Avenue across the bridge,
and assumes that this work will be completed by the scheduled invoice on 9/10/11. Keep in mind, except for the Surveys and LOMR, everything else is invoiced on an hourly basis and is
not Lump Sum, so if the time is not spent, the money is not paid. I would prefer not to come back to you again in three months and have to ask for more money.

Bruce,
Our preference is that items that come up as described below would be taken from that department’s budget as opposed to using capital project funds for those kinds of issues. Please
tailor the proposal to get us through the completion of the project and we can visit those kinds of issues on a case-by-case basis once the projects are complete.

I can. As I told you, it should be considerably less than the total dollar amount of the extra services provided, but on the other hand this will probably be the last CSF for the project,
and if the work drags on and on (as it will long past August), I will not get another chance for reimbursement, so I want to make sure there is sufficient funding for all the little
“extras” that are sure to come up, i.e. site electrical plans for Special Events, etc. etc.

Although it is helpful to have the history of the overages, we need to take to council what we anticipate will be the expenses associated with the Phase 1C (the park) and Phase 1E (Vitruvian
Way Extension). As you recall Phase 2 (Bella Lane) has a separate contract. Could you send us a schedule of the anticipated expenses through the completion of these two projects, which
are currently scheduled for completion in August?

Good morning Clay. As you will recall, we submitted a “change in scope and fee (CSF)” request to the Town of Addison last September for additional services for Vitruvian Park, the greater
part of which was related to the bridge re-design and the additional bid packages that were prepared for this project. A copy of this CSF is attached. Also attached is a detailed
breakdown by month, task and man-hours associated with this request for extra services to date. Ultimately, this CSF was withdrawn from the scheduled council meeting as we agreed to
postpone this until a later date. As of today, we have less than $6,000 remaining under our contract with the Town, so we would like to request that we proceed with this change order
before next month’s billing period. Thanks.
