Can we please get a clarification of what the Esplanade area encompasses? I am only finding about 653 S.Y. or 5,877 S.F. I am attaching a PDF that shows the amount of paving I am taking
off and everything combined including sidewalks barely equals the amount given for item #296.

 

There is a similar problem with item #333. There are only 4 24” piers 15’ deep.
