The plans are marked “preliminary”, but they are all I can find.  Maybe the original engineers still have As-Builts.  I do not know who the contractor was at the time, but I will see
if anyone around here remembers.  The other sheet just shows the 10” PE sewer line that was bored in back in 2002.
