It was asked of me if the larger sized sleeving to the islands could be reduced from 6” to 4”. 

I think this needs to be ran past the designer to see what the intent was for the larger sleeve size.

I know that the irrigation pipe running to these locations is not real large and a 4” would accommodate it but not sure if anything else is going through the sleeve or not.  FYI - Code
does not allow water and electrical to be in the same sleeve.
