Dear Project Team:

 

At our meeting yesterday when asked about a schedule for completing the comments, Junior had no answer.  It was apparent to me that they had not even looked at the comments.  I have
concerns that they have no intention of completing the project or if they do complete the project that it would not be as well thought out as it would if we had someone with a genuine
interest in completing the project.  Are there any additional steps to be taken prior to asking Icon to terminate their contract?  If you have any ideas, I would appreciate the feedback.
