Clay, I spoke with a gentleman yesterday at Dallas regarding the park dedication language, but as of this moment have not heard back.  If I don't hear back by today, I'll call early
in the morning.  If they can't get me anything, I'll probably grab the dedication language that is on the Dallas website for streets, etc. and simply add "parks" to it.
