Nancy - Attached is our proposal to provide Civil, Structural,
Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design services for the Town of
Addison/Vitruvian Park Monument Sign and Water Feature to be constructed
at the northeast corner of Marsh Lane and Vitruvian Way.  Please review
and let me know your thoughts as soon as possible.  As you are aware, we
are trying to get this included in the bid package for the Park that is
going out to bid on Nov. 3rd.  As such, we are going to proceed with
design at our own risk with the hope that this proposal will go to
Council for approval on the October 27th agenda.  Thank you for your
