Per our meeting on the site this morning, NTC is approved to move forward drilling the piers and making the 4’+/- cuts at the outer pier locations.  These cuts are necessary to form
the walls, install the crushed concrete pocket and drill the piers.  American will be present to saw roots 1” and above that are cut by the drill rig.  The driller will try to identify
any major roots prior to drilling.  There are a couple of branches that need to be pruned that we will have American prune and spray.  Thank you for your time this morning.
