Here is the list of quantity reduction items and their associated values.  A couple of them will represent substantial savings for sure.  Especially the electrical items and the lake
wall if accepted.  I have Craig Olden coming to the meeting with me tomorrow so we can discuss his possible alternatives to the provided design.  I also tracked down an alternate fixture
to the specified, but after the cuts the specified manufacturer has provided they are not cheaper.  I think using galvanized poles and standard silver fixtures there is a good cost savings
that will not change the esthetics.  Look forward to tomorrow morning and give me a call today if you want to discuss any of these.

 

I will bring about 10 copies of these to the meeting.
