Tom, Lea asked me to forward directly to you the most recent drafts of the First Amendment to the Master Facilities Agreement and the Assignment and Construction Services Agreement for
Phase 1C.  Those documents are the first two attachments.  I have copied Leonard Hoffman on this e-mail as well.

 

The third attachment is a red-lined copy showing changes to the Assignment and Construction Services Agreement since our last meeting.  Regarding the First Amendment, the only change
from the prior draft is the addition of the word “review” in the fifth line of the third paragraph of Section 2.C.
