American is telling me that they are 12 feet tall but the weight of the blooms make them look like they are shorter.  Anyway, they need to move forward to purchase these as they will
not be available for very long.  What type of credit are you looking for?

Ron/Slade - We think the form is good on these, but they are smaller than what is specified by approximately 2'-0".  The Town should either get a credit or an increased tree quantity
if American can not meet the specification.
