Slade and I spoke this morning about maintenance of the Vitruvian Way medians and looked at the 1-C bid specs.  It calls for American to maintain the plantings for a 1-year maintenance
period following acceptance and it is very specific as to what is to be addressed.  It also calls for monthly irrigation checks with Town staff present and repairs to be done.  The repairs
do not include damage by Andres or others but simply normal wear and tear and failures or manufacturer defects.

Slade has asked for me to get letters signed by American and all parties involved as to when the maintenance period began.   Can you please draft this for signatures?
