Like a full Specifications and Bid Documents book? That is a bunch of work and I would need to find an architect (LRK is no longer in business) to pull all the sections together (and
accept the liability for a building they had nothing to do with). Let me think about how to go about this and I will get back to you later today.

There was never a specifications package for the building, just a small write-up in the special provisions that read as follows:
RESTROOM/CONCESSIONS BUILDING: The lump sum bid for “Restroom/ Concessions Building” shall be all inclusive for structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection, chemical
injection for foundation, electric service conduit and conductor, and shall be full compensation for furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to
complete the work as shown on the drawings. The contractor is to calculate his own quantities and base his lump sum bid price accordingly.

Thanks! On another issue, the drawings for the concessions / restrooms building are on project mates. Will that work for you or do you just want me to put on a disk and send to you?
Also, regarding the plans for the Ponte Avenue Circle extension, North Texas Contracting is planning to start the utility work in the next week or so, so I wanted to see if you have
had a chance to look over the plans and see if you had any further comments. And should we add a public works number to the cover sheet as on previous phases so we can track the plans?
