Attached are two of the four agenda items for the October 26 council meeting.  I will complete the third item (the cost for Oncor to run power to the site) tomorrow morning.

 

I still have not received Change Order #4, so it may need to wait until a future council meeting.  There are two issues that have delayed it for quite some time now.  1) Bruce believes
that North Texas has inflated some of the pricing and is going to discuss it with Tom Lamberth.  2) They do not have pricing on the rock boulders for the fish refuge in the lakes.
