It was decided that the incentive was a matter between just UDR and North Texas, so it was not included in our agreement.

Nancy told me that in the city’s agreement with UDR a clause that clarified their obligation to pay us the maximum 250K incentive bonus for a maximum of 100 day early finish.  Can I
have a copy of that contract for my records so I can solidify my agreement with UDR and reference it.  Thanks
