That is correct.  They are going to install the streetscape as they construct the buildings.  Our obligation is phased so that they need to build the entire current portion prior to
submitting for payment.

I believe what we have left to pay to Ashton-Woods is for pavers and trees in the streets.  They didn’t want to put those in till after the homes were built so they wouldn’t be torn
up in the construction.  Is that correct?
