Slade- I left you a voice mail a little while ago. I learned after we visited that if the wall is less than 42 " that it would need to have a rail on top of it, which I don't think works.
I spoke to Kevin Sloan as well and given that info, I vote we leave it as drawn. If anyone feels differently, please weigh in. Sorry for the wild goose chase.

Tom I went over to Bosque Park to measure the perimeter seat wall.  The wall varies, but the ideal seating height ranged from 27”-29”.  The highest wall was 34”.
