Bruce, Would you please prepare two items for us asap? These are attachments for a letter being sent to the Townhomes. 1.) A drawing showing both the old median opening configuration on Vitruvian Way by the Townhomes and the new median configuration also showing driveways. 2.) The drawing that was sent with this e-mail indicating tree plantings. The trees must be shown and must comply with the zoning commitment. We believes that the parking spaces along park drive do not allow the number of trees to be planted that are required. The parking spaces were not shown on the zoning case.
