Eric, I think it is always a negative surprise to get a change order that you are not expecting. I think an RFI should have been posted for the proposed vertical alignment and related additional costs. They need to understand that anything that costs more must be approved before it is constructed. Let’s ask for a marked up as-built plan of the crossing so we can look at what was installed. Joel A.
