I believe the Item 188 referenced below should be Item 187. Why are we eliminating these? This is an item that Dallas County was contributing to, so this will decrease their contribution.

The correct price for Item 333 is $100. If we want to use the discounted price item of $72.21, it would be CO1-18. That would need to be discussed between Eric and Zach though. Otherwise
we need to use the $100.

BID-195 This is for river birch, not for paver grates as indicated
BID-333 This is priced at $100. It should be neg. down, but it has not to date.
CO3-26 This is for 2 Way Electric Manhole Structure, not duct back as indicated
CO3-28 This is for 10” concrete pavement, not for telecom conduits as indicated
I am going to go ahead and submit an agenda item, but we will need to resolve all of the issue by Friday or it will be pulled.
