We’ll leave the grates in then at this time.  If NTC finishes the rest of their work prior to being able to install the grates in front of 102, then we can remove them at that time.

You are correct.  It should be 187.  Just like with Bldg. 101 on the other side of the street, the tree grates will be installed by Andres as part of the streetscape in front of the

I believe the Item 188 referenced below should be Item 187.  Why are we eliminating these?  This is an item that Dallas County was contributing to, so this will decrease their contribution.

The correct price for Item 333 is $100.  If we want to use the discounted price item of $72.21, it would be CO1-18.  That would need to be discussed between Eric and Zach though.  Otherwise
we need to use the $100.
