Bruce,

 

Two comments:

1.       Items CO4-10 & CO4-11 I believe are reversed.  CO4-10 should be 153 and CO4-11 should be 152.  Please switch and re-label them.  Also, if you could make them each so that they
tie to the original item that would be helpful.

2.       I added the numbers and do not get $264,829.05.  Could you check it?

 

Please make the corrections.  I would like a copy in word as well.
