Clay Rudi did not charge anything for the last visit. I am not sure if he will charge anything this time. Just a head up. Are you contacting him for this meeting? Thanks

Eric,
Could we meet with NDM (Brian & Bill), Rudi Reinecke, Slade and Tom on Wednesday afternoon?
Also, could you include in the plan the removal of the silt and the preferred method.
Thanks,
Clay Barnett, P.E.

Clay,
I just met with North Texas. We discussed the following items:
1. Need to proceed with perm irrigation now – she is going to get with American.
2. We need to finalize the seed species we plan on using. Currently the drawings include everything we have discussed except for the Millet.
3. Once the seed is finalized, we will complete the written plan that will include the following:
a. Schedule of Events
i. Demo and removal of existing trees called out on the demo plans.
ii. Install of permanent irrigation.
iii. Removal of debris, dead tree limbs and invasive species (including poison ivy and oak)
1. None of these items are included in their contract currently.
iv. Power raking
v. Seeding and stabilization
vi. Coordination with ped bridge installation.
b. Drawing that shows limits of work.
I don’t know who will be in charge of finalizing the seed species selection. That is the one thing I need help from you on expediting please.
Thanks,
Eric Little

Eric,
There were concerns with the original plan that need to be addressed, specifically in regards to how close to the existing bank edge to encroach with the raking and seeding. I believe
the consensus was that we would have a written plan that was agreed to prior to proceeding. Please present a written plan showing any changes to the original plan which would include
things like scarifying (raking) the bank for planting, limits of the raking, method for raking, etc. We also need a decision on the seed. We want to avoid a situation in which we have
the banks raked and a seed has not been determined.
Please proceed with pumping, but hold off on any raking until we have the written plan. We just want to make sure that everyone is on the same page before we begin.
If there is anything I can do to expedite this, please let me know.
Thanks,
Clay Barnett, P.E.

Subject: FW: Creek Pumping
All,
We are planning on starting pumping down the creek tomorrow so we can get in there and finish up the excavation. I am meeting with Jennifer after lunch today to look at this and to look
at the seeding and power raking on the banks.
I hear through the grapevine that the Town still has issues with us doing this grading and with the power raking.
We are going to proceed per our original plan and work out the exact seeding we plan on using. If you have issues, please let me know so we can issue a stop work order.
Thanks,
Eric Little

Weir is rounding up the pumps to start pumping today. They would like to start pumping overnight tonight. I told them that I would have to get with you first. Let me know if it’s
possible to start tonight or if we need them to hold off until tomorrow night. Thanks.
