We pulled the plat for Lots 1 and 2, Block A, and it does not go beyond the Ponte Ave. Bridge.  We will need to plat the area north and east of the bridge as public land before we begin
public work on that property.  We can put a plat on the January 28th P&Z agenda and get it to Council by February 9th.  However, in order to make that schedule, I will need plat to send
out for staff review by January 5th.  Can we make that schedule?

Have they started the platting process for the park? I am unsure we can spend public funds on land that has not been dedicated to the public.
