I understand completely. Although TCEQ has a history of taking forever on these permits, I think we have all been very frustrated because they keep missing the schedules they give us. I just went through my phone notes so I could find the exact date when I talked to the TCEQ PM. We talked on Jan 25 and he said we would have a draft permit in a “week or two”. I’ll send him an email and get the latest. Keith C. Keith Bradley, REP KBA EnviroScience, Ltd. 101 E. Again, I appreciate you returning my call and responding to my email. Understand that we are getting antsy about this because it’s been an open agenda item for the project since September 2nd and we are coming up on having all the work in Reach 1 complete which will open the creek up to flow again. At that point, we will have to pump water over the new weir to keep from impounding it. Thanks for all your help here. Little Cc: 'Bruce Dunne'; Tom Lamberth; 'Clay Barnett' Subject: RE: Impoundment Permit Eric, To confirm our call of a few minutes ago, I communicate with TCEQ a couple of weeks ago. They needed to make a small change before they sent the draft permit for our review and we provided that information to them. They indicated we should have it within a couple of weeks. We are expecting the draft permit any day. Assuming the draft permit is fine, it will go out for a 30-day public notice. We anticipate that the City of Dallas will have comments, just to preserve their “position”, but the comments are expected to be “generic” and easily resolvable. Keith C.
