I have not gotten a final response on the stored materials issue. We have two choices here:

 

1.       Keep waiting on the town to verify that we can do this and tell us what paperwork they require for approval.

Or

2.       Remove the stored materials from this pay app and proceed with approval (everything else on the app looks fine to me).

NTC is trying to bill for stored materials on the street fountain. I’ve poured over the contract and I can’t find where stored materials are addressed anywhere. 

 

Do you allow for this? If so, what do you require be submitted by NTC for the stored materials payment? UDR generally requires pictures/physical inspection, insurance, transfer of title,
ect….
