All the rest of the pay app has been verified and appears to be correct. I say we just tell them we cannot do stored materials billing this month. You ok with that?

I believe we did this for Addison Road, but it is a huge paperwork problem and it has been so long that I cannot remember what is required.  Let me talk to Finance and see what paperwork

NTC is trying to bill for stored materials on the street fountain. I’ve poured over the contract and I can’t find where stored materials are addressed anywhere. 

 

Do you allow for this? If so, what do you require be submitted by NTC for the stored materials payment? UDR generally requires pictures/physical inspection, insurance, transfer of title,
ect….
