Is the PSA ok for Dallas County to proceed ?    Dallas County asked yesterday when they were here for the pre-bid for Spring Valley Road and I called John Hill to check.  They just called
and asked again if we had approved documents for them to include in their Commissioners Court items.    Please let me or Jonathan know.

Thanks for meeting with us yesterday to review the Project Supplemental Agreement for the Addison multimodal connectivity improvements MCIP project 10307.  Please see attached for a
PDF of the agreement which includes a few changes, based on discussions yesterday, from the printed copies we had brought to the meeting.  Please note that while the attachments are
still being finalized, the main body of the agreement is now ready for the Town's final review.  

 

We will need to receive by no later than Tuesday (10/12) at noon approval of the agreement and all the scoping sheets so they can be incorporated into the Commissioners Court briefing.
 The Chief of our legal department would then sign the complete agreement, then send it back to Addison for the Town Attorney and Mayor to sign.  We will need to get all signatures by
noon on 10/13 to submit this agreement for Court on 10/19.  Otherwise the next opportunity would be one week later.
